Good or bad, your comments are really important and will help improve the service for you and others.To leave feedback for Northdown Surgery, There are three main ways to do this where we can monitor feedback and respond accordingly.

2. Click on the link below where you can tell us about the care you have received today via the Friends and Family Scheme. Please visit www.iwantgreatcare.org.
3. Write a letter or email us at email@example.com.
It has come to our attention that some people are leaving unofficial reviews on various social media sites, including the use of extremely inappropriate language and personal attacks on members of staff. This is not acceptable and may result in action being taken by the surgery (and other public bodies). These sites are not anything to do with Northdown Surgery - we have no editing rights and no responses will be made to these comments. In order to have your review/feedback/complaint responded to in the appropriate way, please use the correct channels as above.
