East Kent Health and Care Listening Events for Thanet

Thanet CCG are running these events to support the future development of health and care plans in east Kent.  In Autumn 2016, the initial Kent and Medway Sustainability and Transformation Plan was published (copy below).  This was drawn up by committees of local doctors, hospital chief executives, patient groups and councils and sets out an ambition for changing the NHS and social care in our local area.  These are discussion events.

All patients are invited to the Thanet CCG's health and care listening discussion event for Thanet to be held on 21st February at 10am to 1pm at The Global General Generation Centre.  Booking to attend is free but advance booking is necessary.  Please email with your name, contact details and organisation (if applicable) or call 03000 424758.

Inappropriate Social Media usage

It has come to our attention that some people are leaving unofficial reviews on various social media sites, including the use of extremely inappropriate language and personal attacks on members of staff.  This is not acceptable and may result in action being taken by the surgery (and other public bodies).  These sites are not anything to do with Northdown Surgery - we have no editing rights and no responses will be made to these comments.  In order to have your review/feedback/complaint responded to in the appropriate way, please use the correct channels as above.
