We are holding another Drop-in session on Friday 25th July
between 9.30 am and 12.30 to try to help you to sort out any
queries you may have.
Please feel free to just drop in to the surgery during this time
and ask for Toni.
Our online prescriptions form is no longer available.
From 1st July 2014, to order prescriptions online
you will need first to register at
www.patient.co.uk/access. Please note that
it will take one working day for your registration to be accepted and
before you will be able to view and order medications online.
Only your repeat medications will appear in the listing. Any items on
acute issue will need to be requested via the comments box. The same
time scales will apply for prescription processing as before. Please
note that if you wish to change from your current pharmacy, it will be
necessary for you to complete a
Northdown Surgery Pharmacy Consent Form and hand it in to the
Whilst we appreciate that a change of system is not always welcome or
convenient, now that you have your own ID/pin number and password we
will be able to offer more services through this system. The next stage
of this process will be to enable booking of appointments online and
eventually it is planned for you to be able to view test results etc.
Please allow 2 complete working days
for prescriptions to be processed - 3 days if your prescription is
to be delivered to a chemist.
