There are two options for prescription requests. Either telephone us (between 10am and 2pm) or email (as above). You could also arrange with your current pharmacy to request medications for your. Please nominate a pharmacy for your prescription to be sent to and arrange your own medication delivery direct with the pharmacy - we are not able to do this.
If you have an appointment please knock and wait at the door, one of the receptionists will come and get you. We need to be extra cautious to protect our vulnerable patients who may still need to come for an appointment.

Patient Access software problem
PLEASE NOTE: There is a software error with the Patient Access system and it has affected the ability for all patients to be able to view their documents at the moment. The software company are still working on this which is proving very difficult to solve (Updated 22 May 2020)
The Patient Participation Group
is looking for a secretary and assistant secretary. Please see attached form. Latest minutes available under the Patient Group tab. Next meeting was due to be held on Wednesday, 1st April 2020 but this has now been postponed until Covid-19 restrictions are lifted.

Inappropriate Social Media usage
It has come to our attention that some people are leaving unofficial reviews on various social media sites (e.g. facebook etc), including the use of extremely inappropriate language and personal attacks on members of staff. This is not acceptable and may result in action being taken by the surgery (and other public bodies). These sites are not anything to do with Northdown Surgery - we have no editing or control rights and no responses will be made to these comments. In order to have your review/feedback/complaint responded to in the appropriate way, please use the correct channels as above.
